As the winter months of 2023 rolled in, London Fire Solutions’ (LFS) expert team of surveyors and fitters travelled to the World’s Largest Pleasure Pier, located in Southend, Essex, to fulfil an unusual request for their client, Clive Graham Associates.
LFS carried out a programme of essential fire safety works at Crown Hill Court, a sheltered housing scheme managed in Ascot. The project involved two core elements: installing firestopping in the loft void and replacing non-compliant communal door sets.
LFS delivered a programme of fire safety improvements at a sheltered housing scheme in Reigate, built in the 1980s. The building comprises 28 self-contained flats and provides both sheltered and supported living services for elderly and vulnerable residents.
Push The Button Ltd appointed LFS to conduct essential firestopping and compartmentation work at the Dorfman Theatre, part of London’s renowned National Theatre complex on the South Bank.
LFS was contracted to deliver firestopping and compartmentation works at the Horniman Museum & Gardens in South London, a much-loved cultural and educational space housing natural history exhibits, musical instruments, and an aquarium.
