REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE SCHEME
At LFS customer support is at the forefront of our Repairs & Maintenance Service. Depending on the level of support required our contracts cover Fire Door and Fire Stopping Surveys, 3-Year Planned Maintenance and Responsive Fire Door and Fire Stopping Repairs.
We aim to provide our clients with the following:
• A full scheduled survey of your fire doors and fire stopping, presented in a detailed photographic report
• A report which enables you to work towards full compliance under the regulatory reform order 2005
• Comprehensive repair information and certification including UPRN and asset management uploaded to a client portal
• Fire door and fire stopping training because we believe our clients benefit from having their own trained staff
• Access to PASSIFIRE – our bespoke app which will prompt quicker repairs and ensure your building is safer, quicker
MAINTENANCE & SERVICE PACKAGES USING PASSIFIRE
Surveys are carried out using PASSIFRE – a bespoke app with barcode and handheld technology
Survey results are uploaded to a client portal forming reports and asset information
Installation and repair information are uploaded to the client portal forming asset information
Certification is generated and uploaded to the client portal following satisfactory survey results or approved follow-on repairs/installations.
We have a fleet of liveried mobile workshops manned by BM TRADA Q Marked trained operatives using approved repair techniques, all of which are backed up onto the client portal for ongoing client monitoring of completed repairs.
