We collect this data when you have purchased products or services from LFS and also via third party organisation Kaltz who are publishers of public sector directories. We receive data from this supplier where ‘Legitimate Interest’ is assessed as legally compliant for the purpose of direct marketing to a B2B contact. When purchasing via our website we collect your name and postal address. We do this in order to send the items to the right person at the right address. We also collect your email address at the point of purchase and this is so that we can send confirmation of your order. We collect your payment details when you purchase so that we can legally accept the transaction and process your order. This information is passed to Lorient UK for the purpose of supplying the goods ordered.
All credit card transactions conducted from our website are carried out over a secure link for your security. By transmitting your credit or debit card details you agree to us using your details for the purpose of a) authorising your account b) debiting your credit or debit card account for goods purchased and c) advising us that payment has been made.
